• Clean and rinse the designated work area • Flow stoppage and pump truck coordination provided by the City • Remove and replace the following in-kind components: • Head shaft sprockets, idler sprockets, shear pin, shock absorbers, carrying chains, drive and driven sprockets, drive chain, wear plates (backside and top), rake plates, wiper blades, drive shaft with keys, and limit switch • Install motor and reducers as direct replacements for existing units • Reconnect limit switch and lever sensor probe (supplied by City) • Work limited to wire-for-wire replacement; additional electrical work requires written authorization • All lubricants, including drive oils and grease, will be provided by the City • Any modifications or work beyond the scope described shall require written authorization
