The successful applicant shall have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a New Jersey planner. The proposal shall provide a resume for all principals who will be assigned to work for the township or appear at meetings on behalf of the township. The applicant shall have the following capabilities and provide the following services: • The Planning Board Planner shall be a New Jersey licensed firm with at least ten (10) years of experience in all aspects of municipal planning including extensive work with and knowledge of the MLUL, COAH, and consulting with respect to, drafting, and revising Master Plans. • The individual primarily assigned shall have at least five (5) years’ experience as a municipal consultant or planning board planner. • Planner may, in his/her discretion be assisted by employees of the Attorney’s firm with lesser levels of experience. • Respond promptly to all planning questions. • Attend all court sessions as requested
