• System removal prior to roof replacement • Mark all thru-roof penetrations that must be maintained during reroof • Provide temporary pathways from adjacent roof areas, if needed, for other roofs to maintain their two-way paths to ground • Materials will be cleaned, catalogued, and stored on-site or off-site for re-use • Re-install after reroofing to current UL96A standards • Repair or replace items to meet UL96A • Provide new adhesive bases, adhesive clips, and mechanical clips • New materials used will generally match the existing material • Mark reroof with location requirements per NFPA 780 and UL96A standards • Provide a one-year warranty on Lightning protection system work • Third party (to be provided by the contractor) inspection of reroof area only and letter of findings
