The contractor shall provide Missouri Reading Assessment services for the local education agencies (LEAs) on behalf of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall provide all the following beginning-of-year assessments, middle-of-year assessments, and end-of-year assessments as required by the state agency: Grade K; Grade 1; Grade 2; Grade 3; and Grade 4-5. Within ten (10) business days after state agency authorization to proceed with services, the state agency will provide the LEAs the list of awarded contractor(s) for the Grade K, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, and Grade 4-5 beginning-of-year assessments and end-of-year assessments, along with the name of the assessments and contact information.
