Key elements include: • Demolish existing carpet and ceiling tiles in the designated area and prepare the space for new construction. • Construct three (3) new wall-enclosed offices per architectural plans: • Proposed Office 1: Construct three (3) new walls to fully enclose the office. Provide entry and closet doors as indicated in the architectural plans and door schedule. • Proposed Offices 2 and 3: Add solid walls to enclose the existing two (2) cubicle areas. Provide open entryways (no doors) per architectural plans. • Install skylights/sky windows at locations shown on architectural plans. • Relocate and modify HVAC systems, including air supply and return registers, as well as fire sprinklers, to support the new layout as outlined in the mechanical plans. • Relocate and install electrical outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
