Consultant’s work will encompass providing consulting services, as assigned, related to the following: a. Affordable housing applications, which may include, but not be limited to: (1) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program; (2) Disposition of Public Housing Scattered Sites units; (3) Federal or state Affordable Housing Trust Funds; (4) Community Housing and Development funding; (5) Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) financing; (6) Low Income Tax Credit financing; (7) Choice Housing; (8) New Market Tax Credit financing (9) Move to Work; (10) Mortgage financing; and (11) Other funding sources. b. HCV Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program; c. Developer agreements; d. Affordable housing policies and procedures; e. HUD Subsidy Layering Reviews; f. Project/program budgeting; g. Project/program implementation; h. Supportive services associated with development projects; i. Demolition/disposition pursuant to Section 18 of the 1937 Housing Act; j. RAD Conversion applications and implementation; k. Construction oversight; l. Section 3 and Davis Bacon compliance monitoring;
