The Vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the re-surfacing of the showers located at Menard Correctional Center. Vendor shall make repairs that include but not limited to: Mechanical preparation of the existing walls, floors, and ceiling epoxy coatings by diamond grinding method, (Approximately 40’-5” Long and 23’-5” Wide). Repair and epoxy fill holes and cracks in walls and ceiling surfaces to create smooth surface for epoxy installation. Install white fiberglass epoxy wall coating to entire wall and ceiling surfaces. Apply polyurethane topcoat system to entire wall and ceiling surfaces for maximum chemical and scratch resistance. Mechanical preparation of the existing epoxy flooring by diamond grinding method. Repair and fill cracks and damaged areas in existing epoxy and concrete under epoxy. Install Grey Quartz broadcast epoxy flooring to prepared surface. Apply polyurethane topcoat for maximum chemical and scratch resistance.
