The City of Ellisville’s Municipal Judge will be expected to perform services as required by the City in a professional and timely manner. Services will vary by project and may include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Attend all municipal dockets and trials. Currently, 2026 court dates are scheduled every 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 11:00 a.m. with the exception of August 4 and September 15. 2. Preside over the City of Ellisville Municipal Division for all misdemeanors, violations of City ordinances, pre-trial conferences, and other cases appropriately tried in a Municipal Division. 3. Perform other duties and responsibilities relating to the municipal court which are typical for a municipal judge, including, but not limited to, conducting bond hearings, submit all required certifications required for municipal divisions, review and sign administrative search warrants as needed, signing arrest warrants, etc.
