Work Scope Description: Exterior: 1. Tear Off and Replace roofing. Include new drip edge, gutter apron, plumbing vent boots, bath fan cap, valley metal flashing, ice and water protection and synthetic underlayment. 2. Provide up to 15 sheets of roof sheathing replacement in the Base bid. Utilize Bid Alternate #1 for unit cost to determine credit or add for unused / additional sheathing. 3. Remove existing passive box vents and patch the openings. Cut the existing ridge sheathing and install shingle over ridge vent. 4. All roofing products per the 2025 MLBO specification manual. 5. Remove and reinstall satellite dish mount. 6. Clean all gutters and ensure no roofing debris is left. Contractor is responsible for all debris removal.
