At café area: demolition, removal and disposal of selected portions of exterior doors and windows, wood furring and insulation, exterior stucco, selective interior gypsum board and framing as required for installing new materials. New exterior and interior doors, hardware and frames, new interior framed walls, gypsum board and prepare for paint, prepare flooring for new flooring finishes, patch and repair exterior stucco and provide paint finish to match existing. New infrastructure of fire alarm system, electrical system, mechanical systems, low voltage, and piping systems. At terminal area: new primer and paint per drawings and professional cleaning of specific items noted on the drawings. The demolition and new scope of work are specifically shown on the plans.
