A. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and labor necessary to pump, haul and properly dispose of the following: 1. Kitchen Waste from grease trap. The tank holding capacity is approximately 1,000 gallons and requires approximately 600 gallons to be pumped once per month. Service to include the cleaning of the grease trap walls using a high-pressure hose after each pumping. Service required an average of once per month. 2. Sludge Digester at Wastewater Treatment Plant. The tank holding capacity is approximately 5,000 gallons. An average total of 5,000 gallons is pumped each month and requires approximately two (2) calls per month. 3. Aeration Basin/Scum Ring. The tank holding capacity is approximately 2,500 gallons. An average of 2,300 gallons is pumped per service call and requires approximately four to six (4-6) calls per year. B. Service to be performed on an as needed basis, within 24-48 hours of notice. The DOC will contact the Contractor to schedule service.
