The Town of Suffield, Connecticut is seeking a qualified Design Firm to provide planning and design services for the Fire Station #1. The firm will work under the direction of Colliers Project Leaders and provide guidance and support services as needed to the Public Works Director and The Permanent Building Commission (the “Commission”) that consists of 8 members from our community. The selected consultant will work closely with town officials, stakeholders, and the community to ensure a successful project. The desire is to select a firm that has extensive experience with public safety design, construction and modernization, with specific expertise in evaluating building sites along with new versus renovation options.
