The Montgomery Independent School District (MISD) Child Nutrition Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of new serving lines at three (3) elementary schools. The schools are Stewart Creek Elementary, Lonestar Elementary, and Madeley Ranch Elementary. The purpose of this project is to modernize and improve the efficiency, functionality, and safety of food service operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations The Vendor shall provide turnkey services for delivery, installation, and removal of serving counters, including: ● Removal & Disposal: Demo and remove existing counters; remove all packing materials and debris; leave work areas clean and ready for service. ● Delivery & Placement: Deliver all equipment FOB, Destination; uncrate, assemble, and set in place per District locations; prepare for final electrical and data connections. ● Electrical, Plumbing & Data: Provide all electrical modifications, including breakers, junction boxes, and wire pulls; complete all final electrical connections to make counters fully operational; provide plumbing modifications as required; re-route Cat6 lines, with final CPU connections by District IT. ● Supervision: Provide a competent, experienced foreman to oversee installation and coordinate with MISD maintenance and other trades. ● Damages: Repair, at Vendor expense, any damage caused by Vendor personnel during execution of the contract. ● Work Hours: Perform all work during normal business hours unless otherwise authorized by the district
