The intent of this Request For Proposals and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a firm of Attorneys (“Contractor”) qualified, able and willing to provide legal representation as bond counsel to PCFACC and perform such other services as may from time to time be required, requested or directed by the PCFACC to be performed by said Contractor and aid in the development of long range legal strategies for PCFACC including planning and tactics for achieving the objectives and goals of the PCFACC for a term of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Firms responding to this Request For Proposals shall have experience in areas including public contracts, securities compliance, bond finance and administrative law. Contractor shall be qualified to practice before the Office of Administrative Law or other such courts or agencies as may be necessary.
