The Authority is seeking energy and management consulting services to evaluate emerging technologies, identify new business opportunities, assess the feasibility of potential ventures, and develop deployment and commercialization plans. Additional sought-after services include strategic planning and activation. The Authority may want support in identifying and resolving business challenges to improve performance in achieving the Authority's strategic goals. Section 3 provides a numbered list of required services that may be requested. Consultants will collaborate with cross-functional, dynamic teams from the Authority on high-value tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with tight deadlines. Business units envisaged to leverage this contract may include Innovation (including Corporate Strategy, R&D, Change Management); Legal Affairs and Human Resources; IT; Operations; Finance & Business Services; Communications & External Affairs; and Risk & Resiliency
