The required services to be provided are: • Removal of the exis�ng roof. • Inspect the roof deck and trusses and make any necessary repairs. • Install a new roofing system, which includes flashing and trim to resemble the exis�ng décor. • The contractor will provide a schedule prior to the commencement of this contract. The Contractor shall: • Furnish any dumpsters or other receptacles required for the storage and transport of trash. All trash will be placed in dumpsters and will not be accumulated on the facility grounds. • Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for this project. • All equipment and supplies must be stored in an area as to not impede access to the facility or parking area. • Inspect construction areas including sidewalks, parking area, and lawn around the facility to ensure all construction debris, including screws, nails, and any other construction material are removed on a daily basis. • All work must be completed prior to January 31, 2026.
