Stakeholder Engagement and Profile Development: ○ Work with the School Committee, Senior Staff, and designated Screening Panel to identify the desired traits, leadership style, and professional experience required in a new Superintendent, aligning with the district's Mission and Core Values. ○ Develop and execute a robust process for soliciting opinions and feedback from internal SPS stakeholders (staff, administrators, students) and broader community members (parents, town officials). ○ Create vehicles for eliciting feedback (e.g., surveys, focus groups, forums), compiling results, and publishing conclusions in a comprehensive written report for the Shrewsbury School Committee. 2. Recruitment and Sourcing: ○ Assist the School Committee and Screening Panel in establishing clear, equitable, and legally compliant selection criteria for evaluating candidates. ○ Develop descriptive and marketing documents for prospective candidates, including background statements, position expectations, and compelling information about the Shrewsbury Public Schools district and community.
