It is the intention of this specification to arrange for the procurement of the following: Removal and Disposal • Remove and properly dispose of all existing audio system components located in the press box and any associated cabling and mounting hardware • Ensure all existing equipment is safely deinstalled and the work area is restored to a clean condition • Coordinate with Town representatives to confirm what, if any, components are to be retained New System Installation Provide and install a complete replacement audio system, including but not limited to the following. Quotes must include brand and model of all proposed equipment, when applicable. • A central audio control unit (mixer or processor) capable of handling multiple input sources such as microphones and external audio devices • Installation of a wireless microphone system capable of handling multiple microphones for both fixed and roaming use. • Amplification equipment sufficient to handle the speaker system and maintain even sound coverage across the field and stands • Weather-resistant premium loudspeakers, with drivers no less than 12” in diameter, installed at existing or optimal mounting locations on or near the press box • All necessary racks, enclosures, and hardware for secure installation and operation
