The PCC must service each of the thirteen listed tower sites every month. All tower sites must be serviced within a continuous period of 5 business days beginning when the first tower site has been serviced for the month. The PCC must invoice the County after each monthly service period. The PCC shall include all charges for all applicable facilities during the service period on one invoice. The PCC shall detail the service period on the invoice as documentation of the services performed. The PCC shall not invoice the County separately for the quarterly interior service performed at each tower site. The quarterly interior service for each tower site should be included in the cost of the monthly services. The County will provide the PCC with keys or combinations to open driveway gates as required to access the site location. PCC must provide their own padlock for access to the interior of each fenced area to treat the exterior of the St. Charles County’s telecommunication building(s) adjacent to the tower. This will allow the PCC to schedule and service the exterior of the tower sites without coordination with the St. Charles County Emergency Communications Department. All interior treatments shall be scheduled with the County no less than 5 business days prior to service expectation to ensure escort availability and access. Each service performed by the PCC at each facility will be guaranteed by the PCC until the next scheduled service for that facility. The PCC will provide spot service for any pest problem reported between scheduled services at no additional charge to the County. The minimum pest control service will include a monthly application of pest control chemical sprayed on the exterior perimeter of the St. Charles County electrical equipment building and a quarterly application of pest control chemical sprayed on the interior perimeter of the St. Charles County electrical equipment building. The PCC shall check and maintain exterior rodent traps and baits during each monthly exterior service. The PCC shall check and maintain interior rodent traps and baits during each quarterly interior service. Controlled pests and rodents shall include but not necessarily be limited to spiders, fruit flies, gnats, ants, cockroaches, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, mice, rats, and other pests that may breed indoors. The elimination of stinging insects such as bees and wasps may be requested by the County at an additional cost to the County. The PCC may need to install traps and baits as required to control persistent pests such as ants without any additional cost to the County. The PCC shall keep accurate service records for a period of (3) three years such that the PCC can provide said records upon the request of the County. Said records to include the physical address of the tower site, the service date, the name of the qualified Technician, and description of the service provided.
