This Project is located at 2100 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The Project, which is a build out of a new UMC Quick Care, will take place in a standalone building that is a former CVS space, measuring approximately 14,239 square feet. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition and addition of walls and finishes, with upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units. General contractors and subcontractors are responsible for referencing permit set - construction documents; Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural, to include scope of work, specifications, general notes, keyed notes, sheet indexes, and legend. General contractors and subcontractors are also responsible for referencing UMC standard specification sheets. All documents are provided as attachments to this bid. The time of work will be during the day hours, 6:30 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Major utility disruptions to any owner-occupied space shall be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. The Project duration is scheduled to be 180 consecutive calendar days or fewer from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Access controls for the building are provided by Honeywell. Any additional/new card readers will need to be integrated with the Honeywell access controls system.
