Only proposals from those CONTRACTORS who are registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation's current listing of Prequalified Contractors for items D(A) “Highway or Railroad Bridge over Water”; or E(C) “Bridge Deck Overlay and Minor Bridge Repair; or E(B) and E(R) “Asphalt Pavement without INDOT Certified HMA Plant and Asphalt Milling”; or B(A) and E(R) “Asphalt Pavement with INDOT Certified HMA Plant and Asphalt Milling” will be considered. Any bids submitted by CONTRACTORS not approved for this item on the list will be returned to the bidder unopened. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project.
