The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing synthetic turf systems and install new in-filled dual-fiber synthetic turf systems on five (5) baseball/softball fields as described below: INSERT CHART Turf System: • Dual-fiber (monofilament + slit-film) product • Color: Field Green/Lime Green alternating panels with Brown infield • Pile Height: 2.0 inches • Infill: Salvaged material + new ambient infill per manufacturer’s recommendations • Sport Markings: Standard baseball/softball inlaid tufted game lines • Graphics: Some Base Bid Includes: a) Furnish, install, and remove protection for turf access. b) Remove, salvage, and bag the existing infill system. c) Remove existing synthetic turf system and turn over to Owner. d) Furnish and install a new artificial in-filled grass surface. e) Furnish and install inlaid baseball/softball game lines in standard colors. f) Reinstall salvaged infill as directed. g) Furnish and install new ambient infill per manufacturer’s recommendation. h) Provide manufacturer’s warranty and installation warranty.
