The Town of Smithfield is requesting quotes from qualified contractors for the installation of approximately 500 linear feet of commercial grade chain link fencing along the Buffalo Creek Greenway, from the Boy Scout Hut on Front Street to the Highway 70 Business Bridge. The fence shall be either bored into or surface-mounted on the existing greenway surface, as approved by the Town. 2.0 Scope of Work - Provide and install approximately 500 LF of commercial grade chain link fence. - Posts shall be securely installed by boring or surface-mounting into the greenway surface. - Fence shall meet standards for durability, safety, and aesthetics appropriate for a public greenway. - Remove all construction debris and leave site in clean condition upon completion.
