The project includes completion of interior finishes within previously constructed classroom "gray box" spaces and the addition of new office areas within the existing library. Work includes metal stud framing, drywall, painting, flooring, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, lockers, and visual display units. MEP-FP scope includes modifications to the existing fire suppression system for new layouts and ceiling heights, installation of new air devices and ductwork, testing and balancing, and electrical work to provide power, data, and new interior lighting. Base bid site improvements include new sidewalks connecting exit doors to existing walkways, with alternates for additional parking along the south drive lane, a new loop road at the north side of the building, and an asphalt basketball court and future playground area.
