The selected contractor will offer inclusive Ball Hockey day camps and programs with a focus on recreational ball hockey for youth of all abilities at City facilities. Once the contractor is selected they can begin day camps and programs after February 16, 2026 and engage in conversation once selection has been completed. The contractor will work together with the Youth Health Fitness full-time staff to offer day camps and classes on select dates and timelines that the contractor and their staff will supervise and lead onsite. This includes following City of Bellevue policies and procedures, ensuring participant safety, checking in forms and daily sign in and out with parent/guardian. Contractor will supply all programs' supplies and needed equipment. An annual background check is required of all contracted staff and volunteers.
