Scope of Work · Develop a creative concept that visually portrays Charlie Kirk's core civic values, as directed by the Camden County Commission; · Design and execute a high-quality mural on a 4 x 6-foot medium suitable for display in a public government building; · Incorporate themes consistent with the County's approved message and the principles of individual liberty, free expression, personal responsibility, and patriotism; · Use durable, archival-quality materials appropriate for indoor display and long-term preservation; and · Collaborate with the Camden County Maintenance Department to ensure proper mounting and installation logistics. The Camden County Commission will retain authority to approve, modify, or reject proposed designs to ensure alignment with the project's purpose and message.
