1. Disconnect and cap all utility lines, including electric, gas, water and sewer. 2. The contractor is responsible for contacting the Wastewater Department of the City of White Sulphur Springs to ascertain the proper procedures for capping sewer-line service before demolition. The Wastewater Department staff must inspect all lines after completion of cap-ping procedures. Failure to comply with this requirement shall render the contractor liable for any and all damages or costs incurred by the Wastewater Department. 3. Raze existing structures and remove all construction material and debris from the site. Foot-ers are not required to be removed, however, there must be one foot of coverage over the foundation with backfill. 4. Remove all loose debris, litter, trash, refuse, etc. from lot area. 5. Dispose of all debris and material in an environmentally safe manner, including asbestos abatement. Maintain records and provide proof for disposal of material by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 6. Back fill of disturbed area as mat be necessary to restore and to match the original grade. 7 . Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass and mulch with straw. 8. All work to be done under the jurisdiction of the Zoning and Floodplain Officer of the City of White Sulphur Springs. 9. Understand and agree to abide by the terms of this project, and to provide the requested documentation, and any breach of this agreement shall result in the bids proposed work being revoked and forfeiture of the performance bond.
