Provide forensic inpatient psychiatric services as more particularly described below (collectively, the “Services”) for individuals committed under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 46B for competency restoration (each, a “Client” and, collectively, “Clients”) via Integral Care’s Inpatient Competency Restoration Program (the “ICRP”), including, but not limited to: Comprehensive inpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment; Inpatient psychiatric care for individuals found incompetent to stand trial, as ordered by courts in Travis, Bell, Hays, Williamson, and McLennan Counties; Competency restoration programming and education; Medication management and 24-hour clinical oversight; Coordination of admission, discharge, and transition planning with Integral Care and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”); Immediate and ongoing compliance with HHSC’s incident reporting requirements and all other applicable requirements of the then-current contract for ICRP services between Integral Care and HHSC.
