1. Site A: Brown County Transfer Station Site B: Brown County Hazardous Material Recovery facility Site C: Brown County South Landfill (Additional site to be added in 2022) 2. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to properly process, transport, recycle and/or dispose of metals. All non-refrigerant containing appliances (i.e. washers, dryers, stoves) or scrap steel will be placed into roll offs by County staff. 3. Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements, and reporting and record keeping requirements of this Contract. 4. Contractor shall become the owner and generator of scrap metal and related materials and waste upon receipt. 5. Failure of Contractor to perform the services described above, in a satisfactory manner to Brown County, shall be cause for termination of this Contract.
