• Preparing reports, studies, research, maps, plans, and public presentations for the Borough and Planning Board. • Advising on techniques, rules, regulations, and planning practices to support the Borough’s exercise of its police powers and land development regulations. • Assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and updates of the Land Development Ordinance. • Providing professional review and analysis of planning and redevelopment proposals, including site inspections and written recommendations. • Preparing the Borough Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and its amendments, and assisting the Planning Board and Borough Attorneys in related litigation, mediation, or COAH matters. • Representing the Borough and Planning Board in meetings with county, municipal, and State officials as directed.
