• Review and make recommendations concerning subdivision and site plan applications for conformance with Borough ordinances, design standards, and sound engineering practices. • Observe and report on the installation and completion of site improvements and subdivision public improvements to ensure compliance with approved plans, Borough ordinances, and applicable regulations. • Review and assess conformity to requirements related to the issuance of certificates, permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents. • Prepare, review, and evaluate bid specifications, contracts, and cost estimates in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. • Provide technical services related to surveying, drafting, GIS, traffic engineering, structural engineering, and grant writing.
