F0886 is a Scoping Project to determine design alternatives for the stabilization of approximately 2.5 miles of Cottonwood Wash along US 93 starting at MP 156. The existing soil cement embankment has eroded and the channel elevation has experienced 6 feet of scour in some locations which has undermined the soil cement and the embankment above it. Scope of Work: Work with NW District on potential channel and embankment stabilization options. Develop Scoping level alternatives with estimates for construction. Submittal to include Scoping Level Document (Project Assessment) with conceptual details and estimates Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses. Scoping Document completion is targeted for 1st Quarter FY 27 (2026) Final Design potential upon successful delivery of scoping document. Final Design and Post Design Services may be added by modification at the Departments sole discretion
