The following describes the service and performance requirements that the successful Respondent(s) will be required to meet. IDEA will use objective criteria specified in Part IV to review Proposals and potentially make multiple awards, if deemed in the best interest of IDEA, in its sole discretion. IDEA is seeking to procure the following goods and/or services: IDEA Public Schools Child Nutrition Department is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive media production services to support the communication and outreach goals of the Child Nutrition and perations Departments. IDEA CNP produces a variety of educational, promotional, and training content throughout the year to engage students, families, and staff. This project aims to ensure consistent, highquality, and bilingual media materials that highlight Child Nutrition Program nutrition initiatives, operational achievements, and community impact through photography, videography, and editing services. The awarded vendor(s) shall provide turnkey media services, including planning, filming, editing, and postproduction, to produce high-quality content suitable for distribution across digital platforms, IDEA websites, and social media channels. All services must comply with IDEA branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and copyright laws. Child Nutrition Program Media Services A. Nutrition a. The vendor shall provide the following services on an as-needed basis: i. Filming (English and Spanish) 1. Produce and film bilingual video content for programs such as Harvest of the Month, National School Lunch Week, National School Breakfast Week, and other nutrition-related initiatives. 2. Include on-screen interviews, recipe videos, cooking demonstrations, and voiceovers. ii. Video Editing 1. Incorporate photos, still images, captions, subtitles (English and Spanish), background music, IDEA-approved branding. iii. Photography Services 1. Capture professional still photos for IDEA publications, website, and Healthy Kids Here cookbook. 2. Provide photo retouching and editing services.
