Tilley Pond Park Pond: o Hydraulically dredge an estimated 4,400 cubic yards from the primary and upstream catch pond. o Remove fallen woody debris from the ponds as needed. o Dispose of dredge spoils, regrade as necessary, and hydroseed to repair the lawn. Cherry Lawn Park Pond: o Hydraulically dredge an estimated 2,000 cubic yards from the pond. o Remove fallen woody debris from the pond as needed. o Dispose of dredge spoils, regrade as necessary, and hydroseed to repair the lawn. • Contractor must obtain permits from the Town of Darien and any other necessary agencies prior to commencing work. • The method to be used must be hydraulic dredging. • Contractor must be able to dredge the ponds at both parks simultaneously. • Pricing must include prevailing wage and be paid as a prevailing wage project. • Material must be tested by contractor. • Material must be disposed of offsite by contractor with proof of proper disposal provided to the Town. • Dredging work must be completed prior to April 15.
