• Survey • Geotechnical Field Investigation to determine stabilization alternatives and ROW needs for each. • Work with NW District and Jerome on MOT options for each stabilization alternative. • Potential Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documentation of existing wall (WPA built in 1927) • Develop plans (wall and MOT), specifications, and estimates for construction. • Submittals to include Project Requirements (with Estimate), Stage III, Stage IV, and bid ready documents. • Reports to include Geotechnical and Wall Design • Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion. • Slope Easements and TCE’s are anticipated. Right-of-way coordination as required for R/W clearance. • Utility coordination as required for U&RR clearance. • Provide support to the ADOT Contracts and Specifications Group for bid advertisement. • Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses. • Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform as required. • Permitting and Approvals include tasks related to acquiring necessary permits from relevant agencies for the work.
