a. Equipment Requirements Each bid shall include one complete airframe system meeting the following minimum requirements: 1. Preferred Model: DJI Matrice 400 RTK 2. Acceptable Alternate Model: DJI Matrice 350 RTK 3. Batteries and Charging System Provide three (3) complete flight battery sets compatible with the aircraft model offered: • For Matrice 400 RTK: (3) TB100 Intelligent Flight Batteries (3 Flight sets, 1 battery per set), (1) BS1000 Intelligent Battery Station • For Matrice 350 RTK: (6) TB65 Intelligent Flight Batteries (3 Flight sets, 2 batteries per set), (1) BS65 Intelligent Battery Station 4. Accessories Bidders shall include: (1) One Flight Controller capable of operating the DJI Zenmuse L2 Payload and aircraft. For Matrice 400 RTK include the DJI RC Plus 2 Sub2G SDR Module. The City already retains the DJI RC Plus controller. If the bid includes an airframe that is compatible with RC Plus controller and the L2 payload then the bidder shall remove the controller from the bid. (2) Rugged transport/storage case for aircraft and accessories (3) Set of spare propellers (CW/CCW) (4) Set of landing gear (if separate assembly) (5) All necessary cable, power supplies, and mounts b. Deliverables All submissions must include: • Full product specification sheets • Manufacture warranty information (minimum one-year coverage) • Estimated delivery lead time • Statement of compatibility with DJI Zenmuse L2
