The awarded Contractor shall fabricate, deliver, and install new aluminum bleachers in the Canby Rodeo Arena according to the attached bleacher plan specifications. The project includes: • Provided Seating Chart prior to any building of bleachers. Anticipated Seating Chart shall be provided to Fair Grounds staff by March of 2026. • Site preparation, grading, footings and permits. • Fabrication and installation of new aluminum bleacher systems for: o Section E: 121’ x 39’ o Section A: 121’ x 44’ o Section D: 78’ x 44’ o All sections elevated 36” • Integration of ADA-compliant seating areas, handrails, and egress routes per Oregon Structural Specialty Code. • Coordination with Fair & Event Center staff for scheduling and site access. • Final inspection and sign-off by the City of Canby and Clackamas County Building Department. All work must meet or exceed the latest IBC and ASTM standards for spectator seating and outdoor structures.
