TRACTION/CABLE ELEVATORS: The vendor will regularly and systematically examine, clean, adjust and lubricate as required, and if conditions warrant, repair and or replace the following to include but not limited to: Elevator Machine - including worm and gear, thrust bearings, drive sheave, drive sheave shaft bearing; brake including brake pulley, brake coil, brake contact, linings, and component parts.
