Line 1: ITEM 1- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE- LUMP SUM Description: The lump sum price shall include full compensation for mobilization, demobilization, training, meetings, submittals, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and any other related costs of performing the preventive maintenance, including replacements parts, for 1095 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
