Reno County is requesting proposals to provide services on our (6) personnel elevators located in (4) different buildings. The services that need to be included in this proposal are as follows: Annual inspections, Quarterly inspections, Monthly inspections on the Courthouse Elevators, Service calls, Repairs, and limited parts to cover parts up to $250 per component excluding natural disasters, negligence, and intentional damage. (2) Rotary Passenger Hydraulic Elevators located at Law Enforcement Center. 210 W 1st Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501. Each of these elevators have (2) landings. (2) Geared Passenger Elevators located at Reno County Courthouse. 206 W 1st Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501. Each of these elevators have (6) landings. This building is in the Historical Society of Kansas. (1) Rotary Passenger Hydraulic Elevator located at Community Corrections. 115 W 1st Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501. This elevator has (2) landings. (1) Rotary Passenger Hydraulic Elevator located at Public Works. 600 Scott Blvd, South Hutchinson, KS 67505. Agreement to begin January 1, 2026 and continue through proposed agreement lengths. Company must be certified through the state of Kansas to perform service on elevators.
