This item includes Construction Contract R-46294 (2500797) and R-46290 (2500799, 2500800 and Lead DES 2500801). The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Abbreviated Engineering Assessment if needed, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Roadway Design and Plan Development, Hydraulics Analysis, Maintenance of Traffic, Permit Applications, Signing, Traffic Analysis, Lighting, Local Coordination, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including abstracting, R/W engineering and R/W Staking), Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Other services, such as Archaeological Investigations, and Historical/Architectural Investigations, may be included if needed. Additionally the selected firm will be responsible for providing public outreach to effectively communicate project development to the media and public through consistent messaging and visual aids. Services required include but are not limited to public meetings, key stakeholder meetings, the INDOT public hearing, securing meeting rooms, providing meeting notifications, providing handouts, meeting visualizations, and distributing meeting minutes. All public outreach shall be coordinated with INDOT. INDOT will provide the Geotechnical services, Pavement design and Land Acquisition Services for this project, if needed. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant?s fee proposal shall be 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
