Selected consulting firm shall perform inspection of overhead sign structures of various types located throughout the State of Indiana on an as-needed basis as determined by INDOT. The selected firm may be assigned the task of designing repairs, executing repairs, and providing construction inspection on the repairs. The selected firm shall provide the traffic maintenance (ie. lane and/or shoulder closures and advance warning signage) for the inspection of the overhead sign structures and overhead structure work to be performed. Additionally, the selected firm shall provide all means to all accesses to the overhead sign structures (ie. equipment such as aerial lift devices). The selected firm will utilize INDOT?s mobile and web data collection applications to collect inventory and inspection data and to attach photos or documents.
