The awarded bidder will deliver, install, and commission a complete MPMM system that meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications: • Measurement Types: CG, MOI, and POI (one integrated system or a packaged multi-equipment solution). • Accuracy Minimums: o CG: ±1 mm o MOI: ±1% o POI: ±1% • Mass Range: 0–50 kg. • Unit Under Test (UUT): Up to 12U CubeSat (nominal max 24 kg, approx. 365.9 mm × 226.3 mm × 226.3 mm). • Facility Fit: System packages must fit through 35.5 in W × 84 in H openings. • Power: Operates from one 110/120V, 20A circuit (alternate needs must be clearly stated). • Software: Provide all software/licenses required to perform CG/MOI/POI calculations; include computer specs. • Documentation: Clearly list facility and electrical requirements; note any required rigging for delivery. Systems that do not meet all minimums may still be considered but will receive lower scores during evaluation.
