The selected vendor will provide the following services 1. Pre-Production o Meet with EDT staff to plan and define video objectives, audiences, and key messages. o Develop storyboards and scripts for each project. o Manage project timelines and deliverables using a collaborative tool. o Create scripts as needed. 2. Production o Film interviews, b-roll, and on-location footage at Minnesota State colleges, universities, and other Minnesota sites. o Ensure all visuals meet current brand standards including accessibility and inclusion (e.g., diverse representation, ADA compliance). o Obtain and track photo/video release forms for all individuals filmed. 3. Post-Production o Secure voice talent as needed for videos o Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). o Provide graphics, lower-thirds, animation, and licensed background music as needed. o Deliver final videos in multiple formats optimized for social media, websites, and broadcast. o Supply SRT closed-caption files and accessible transcripts. o Supply audio description (AD) files 4. Delivery and File Management o Provide final production packages o Provide editable project files and raw footage upon completion. o Store and share content securely in a system-approved cloud repository.
