A. Contractor Provided Scope of Services: The following scope of services for the project shall be provided by the Contractor responding to this RFP: 1. Review of existing site conditions and location of existing underground utilities. 2. Delegated design of skatepark features, as indicated in performance specifications. 3. All labor, project management, supplies, tools, materials, and equipment required for construction of skatepark features. 4. Site staking and layout for skatepark features. 5. Finish grading within and the area immediately surrounding skatepark footprint. 6. Installation of base materials. 7. Installation of rebar and other needed concrete reinforcement. 8. Installation and finishing of shotcrete. 9. Installation and finishing of concrete flatwork. 10. Installation and finishing of ledges, steps, and walls. 11. Fabrication, finishing, and installation of metal copings, railings, and edge protection. 12. Installation of expansion joints, saw cuts, and cold joints. 13. Sealing of concrete. 14. Coordination of construction activities with City construction crews and/or its third party contractor(s) hired to complete construction scope provided by the City. 15. Site / lawn area restoration. B. City Provided Scope of Services: The following scope of services for the project will be provided by the City or its hired third party contractor: 1. Permitting. 2. Demolition of existing site features / vegetation. 3. Installation of tree protection fencing, erosion control, and temporary site access as needed. 4. Earthwork and rough grading of the overall project area. 5. Installation of drainage features. 6. Cultural resource monitoring required during excavation. 7. Construction testing.
