A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals required for the removal and transport of spent GAC from Filter Cell 1A to a Certified Reactivation Facility. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals required to supply and install virgin GAC into Filter Cell 1A. B. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals required for the reactivation of the spent GAC from Filter Cell 1A to the parameters specified within. Supply sufficient make-up virgin GAC as required to ensure reactivated GAC meets the parameters specified within. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals required for the transport and installation of reactivated GAC into Filter Cell 1B. C. The GAC will be installed in two (2) filter cells each measuring 20.5ft x 14.5ft. Each cell also includes a 5ft x 5ft notch of one wall corner, the media bed depth being 5ft. This results in a total surface area of 272.25sqft, A media bed volume of 1361.25ft^3. The volume of new, virgin GAC supplied shall be sufficient to meet the parameters specified within. In addition, the volume of new, virgin GAC shall be sufficient for make-up purposes of the reactivated carbon so the reactivated GAC meets the parameters specified within, and to account for any material lost in transport.
