1. Pre-Design Services: a. Site analysis and feasibility study. b. Assessment of current facilities. c. Development of a project program in collaboration with Hamilton County stakeholders. 2. Schematic Design Services: a. Schematic design options and presentation to Hamilton County Board of Commissioners and Council. b. Design development including detailed plans, elevations, and sections. c. Coordination with engineering consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.). 3. Design Development Services: a. Utilize the approved Schematic design to provide drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems. b. Provide outline specifications that identify major materials and systems. c. Provide documents describing the applicable building and safety standard requirements including: i. Fire protection systems ii. Parking lot iii. Landscaping iv. Play areas, structures, and/or other amenities 4. Construction Document Services: a. Prepare all construction documents and bid documents according to Indiana Public Purchasing requirements and County procedures. b. Prepare drawings and specifications setting forth the detail and quality levels, performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the project’s construction.
