The proposal should include materials, shipping, unloading and installation. c. General Items i. The proposal shall include all applicable permits, licenses, etc related to this work of scope ii. The proposal shall include all necessary hoisting, rigging, scaffolding, staging, temporary safety protection, material hoisting, equipment, and small tools necessary to perform the referenced scope of work. All equipment to meet OSHA standards iii. Proposal to include clean-up of all trash and debris. iv. Proposal to include all blocking, backing, and supports, necessary v. The warranty period for all material, equipment, and labor based on specifications shall commence at the date of substantial completion vi. Include all engineering and surveying required to perform work unless noted otherwise vii. Coordination and meetings as required by the site’s general contractor or SFM viii. Proposal shall include Safety meeting attendance as required by site conditions ix. Provide safety manual and site specific plan upon request x. Conform to all applicable codes and regulations xi. Proposal shall include any storage requirements for material on site to complete work xii. Proposal shall include necessary mobilizations required for scope of work xiii.
