The selected contractor shall be able to provide the following services: Physical and Visual Inspections: • System wiring and component terminations checked and tightened • PCB cable and plug-in terminations checked • VFD and enclosure fans (if any) check for proper operation • Filter integrity and cleanliness • Impurity or debris accumulation in system • Heat sensitive components • Ambient conditions: air temperature, presence of chemicals or moisture • Indications of excessive heat conditions • Component integrity, particularly heat sensitive and high voltage components; Electrical Measurement and Verification: • Voltage and balance of input power lines • Ratio and balance of output power lines • Critical waveforms • Critical voltage and current levels • PCB power supply integrity • Inspection of relays and contactors • Auxiliary and/or by-pass equipment function • Meter operation • Input signals to drive system and BMS, if applicable • System operational parameters • History/fault computer log review...
