MORNING MAIL SERVICE: Contractor will provide daily (defined herein as Monday through Friday with Port Authority Holidays excepted) pick up of Port Authority Mail at the Caller Service Mail window of the Main Post Office, 1500 Hadley St., at 6:30 A.M., and deliver to the Port Authority's Administration Building located at 2960 Riverby Road, Houston Tx 77020 no later than 7:30 A.M. BARBOURS CUT – BAYPORT MORNING SERVICE: Contractor will provide daily Mail pickup service from the Port Authority’s Administration Building between 9:15 and 9:30 A.M., and deliver to the Port Authority's Fentress Bracewell Barbours Cut Terminal Administration Building 1515 East Barbours Cut Boulevard, La Porte, Texas 77571, Maintenance Building facility, 2013 East Barbours Cut Boulevard, La Porte, Texas 77571 and IT/Gate Ops Building 919 East Barbours Cut Boulevard, La Porte, Texas, no later than 10:00 A.M. Contractor will then pick up Mail from the BCT facility and deliver to the Bayport Terminal Administration Building and Maintenance Building facility, 12619 Port Road, Seabrook, Texas 78586, drop off and pick up Mail to be delivered back to the BCT Administration Building facility and return any Mail for the Port Authority’s Administration Building, 2960 Riverby Rd. Houston Texas, 77020 no later than 10:45 A.M. BARBOURS CUT – BAYPORT AFTERNOON SERVICE: Contractor will provide daily Mail pickup service from the Port Authority’s Administration Building 2960 Riverby Rd., Houston Texas, 77020 between 1:15 and 1:30 A.M., and deliver to the Port Authority's Fentress Bracewell Barbours Cut Terminal Administration Building 1515 East Barbours Cut Boulevard, La Porte, Texas 77571, Maintenance Building facility 2013 East Barbours Cut Boulevard, La Porte, Texas 77571 and IT/Gate Ops Building 919 East Barbours Cut Boulevard, La Porte, Texas, 77571 no later than 2:00 P.M.
